Kena Upanishad in 90 seconds

All of us have asked at some point in our lives, “Who or what created everything?”

But our ancestors already got this question answered & here’s the tea.

The Kena Upanishad, a short pocket guide of 34 verses, found in Talavakara Brahmana portion of the Sama Veda, asks the biggest question ever known to mankind, “Who created this universe?”

It tells us about the invisible, formless, timeless Super Creator energy called Brahman, describes It, and talks about how to realise that we are a part of it.

In fact, like most Upanishads, it says that we are it - we are Brahman, but you can’t just understand that by listening to it - the true realisation only comes after years of dedicated meditation.

Practically, one interesting point laid out in Kena is that this realisation should happen now, and we should not procrastinate on it, thinking we have many years and in fact many reincarnations ahead.

Because we never know which body or environment we’ll be born in our future lives, and we might not even feel the need for this realisation.

So if you’re seeing this Reel right now, then start your journey today.
